What's new?

Hi Everyone!
It's been a while, time to update you on what's been going on.
I have missed blogging, and am making it a priority to at least update once a week.

So, first order of business.  Guess who scored 4 goals at today's soccer game?

Yep!  That's my Nolan!
I cannot believe he scored 4 goals. It is so cool to see the skill start to emerge, and ahem, the competitiveness. JUST like his daddy. :-)
Last week he scored one. Today he made 4, just by the half!
Coach Jody ended up having him just play defense the 2nd half just to let some of the other kids get some ball time.
Here are some pictures from last week. I didnt bring my camera to today's game. Of course.

Water break, and time to kiss my sister. Nolan is such a sweet boy.

Is it just me, or do you not want to just to eat these chubby little toes up?

Did you notice anything about the picture above? Well, besides those extra chubby, yummy legs? :-)
Yes, Arden can sit up all by herself! She has been sitting up unsupported now for about 2 weeks and she loves it. She plays like this now and can sit and watch cartoons with Nolan or just watch him play which she LOVES.  She is so in love with him.

Notice anything else?  Yes, I can clip Arden's bow's in now to her few strands of hair!  This is so much better than her wearing it attached to a headband only because it is starting to get hot here and the headbands itch her. She easily pulls them off her head, and well, you all know that not wearing a bow is just not an option.
Now, since I can clip the bow in her hair, she doesn't even realize it is there!

PS. I have been asked if I tape the bow to her head. Do people really do that?
I laugh when I get asked that.

Anyway, 15 more days until our family vacation!
We cannot wait!

Until next time...
